This section is reserved for the central dispatching team. These people receive customer orders directly from the ERP system and place them immediately with the right technician. Because everything takes place in real-time, the dispatching department can easily see which job the field technicians are doing and if they are on schedule. Jobs that are delayed can be rescheduled easily or passed on to colleagues.
Odyssee Mobile Services’s starting point is the job list. Each technician can consult this list and accept tasks. If permitted, they can also see which jobs their colleagues are doing and take them over if necessary. A technician can also be given access to the complete CRM program, where s/he can call up contact and address details, intervention places and service reports. It is also easy to make or consult tasks from the CRM or to write and send e-mails.
This extensive module enables you to draw up a list of spare parts that have been delivered or are to be ordered. Stock details (e.g. stock from van), prices and sales conditions can be used quick and easy. You can deliver or order the correct spare part free of errors by using the barcode scanner or the search command. Extending Odyssee Mobile Services with product lists and/or a product configurator guarantees you of quick, flawless service. At the end of the job, a work receipt will be made and signed by the customer.
Odyssee Mobile Services contains a simple report form builder which technicians can use to draw up and send any report. You can keep track of the various interventions through various reports. The manager can follow the results closely online via search commands and reports. Every assignment has a timesheet that is sent to the ERP system immediately after an intervention for invoicing, together with the order and delivery receipts.
